Clothes most often than not reflect how we feel and may also influence how we think. It just goes to show that the phrase ‘you are what you wear’ does actually have alot attached to it.

I like to think that, if this outfit especially the floral skirt, could be interpreted to a certain mood it would be nothing short of happiness,cheer and anything related. Maybe it’s the balance between the warm and cool colors that spark certain emotions, or just that it’s a beautifully structured skirt with bright hues.😁

I styled this piece in two ways,

With an equally bright knit sweater top and shoes balanced down by a maroon clutch bag. This just shows that matchy matchy can and does work. Mostly.I went further to accessorize with a layered necklace and a pair of sunglasses.

For the second look, I chose to balance warm colors by pairing the skirt with a white lace top and layering  with a wash denim jacket. I love the tucked in look as it seems more neat and added a belt to further emphasize the fitted waist. Same accessories.
